All the places for the tour of the Art Gallery at the University of Chichester were booked within a few hours, and we have a waiting list. Due to the popularity of this event we will try to book a further tour in the autumn.

TOUR OF GOODWOOD HOUSE, FOLLOWED BY AFTERNOON TEA

Sunday, 15 th September 2024

Following a most successful visit a couple of years ago, we have arranged a private guided tour of
Goodwood House at 2pm on Sunday, 15th September.
The tour begins at 2pm and will be followed by afternoon tea in the Ballroom.
The cost is £34.00 per person and numbers are limited to 30.
Please let us know when booking of any dietary requirements.

We have to give Goodwood the final numbers in our group by the first week in July, so please make your booking as soon as possible.

Please book here and follow the instructions for online payment, ensuring that you use the
correct u3a event reference on your payment: GOO (our treasurer has a sense of humour).
If you have any queries you can contact the organiser here.
We look forward to seeing you.

Groups Notices

World of Books Group

Do you love to read? This book group is different to any other.
We pick a country then members will read a book about that country or by an author from that country; it can be fiction, fact, poetry or anything. We then meet on the last Friday of the month to discuss what we have read.
It’s a great group to be part of. We currently have a vacancy, so get in touch with the Groups Team if you want to know more, or visit our table at the July coffee morning.

Pickleball Group

Pickleball starts on Tuesday 18th June.
We are very lucky that an expert player has kindly volunteered to teach us on that first session.

Do come along and give it a try – no commitment:
Westgate Leisure Centre 2.00-4.00pm
£4.50 – please pay reception on entry
Bats provided
Free car parking

If you want to know more, please contact the Groups Team.
