The 2024 AGM will be held on May 16, 2024 at the Assembly Rooms
All members will be emailed on the 10th April and given a password which will allow access to the notice of meeting and to a committee nomination form on the website.
By the 24th April the agenda, treasurer’s report, accounts, chair’s report and proxy voting form will be published on the website. All members will have access using the password provided on the 10th April.
