Chichester U3A 2025 AGM – 2.00 p.m. Thursday, 15th May 2025 to be held in the Assembly Room, The Council House, North Street, Chichester
We sincerely hope that you will be able to join us to celebrate the success of our u3a, to thank those Committee members who are retiring, and to secure the Committee for the forthcoming year. Tea and coffee is served from 1.15 p.m. onwards and we need a good proportion of members to be able to endorse the proposals. After the business has concluded we are looking forward to hearing from our speaker ……. Paul Barwick who will recount the story of Nancy Wake who became one of WW2’s most wanted spies as a member of the SOE.
Further to our recent notification you can access the Agenda for the forthcoming AGM, together with reports from the Chair and Treasurer, and the Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2025, on the Chichester U3A website, using the password you have already received. You will also find a Proxy Voting form if you are unable to attend in person. The Proxy Voting form contains the list of Nominees seeking election to join the Committee. This should be sent to the Secretary either by email or post by Wednesday, 14th May.
