Pilates group – vacancy
There is now a vacancy in the Pilates group. The group meets on a Thursday morning (10-11am) at St Michael’s Hall, Summersdale Road. The group has only been going a short while but already the instructor has noted some real improvements in the group. Classes cost £51 for a six block session (that’s just £8.50 a session, a really competitive rate). The next block begins on 11 December. So don’t delay, register your interest… Serendipity 3.0

We are also seeking one or two members to join our Monthly Meeting / Speakers Team. This team plays a central role in shaping our programme of talks, helping to identify engaging speakers, confirm arrangements, and ensure each monthly meeting runs smoothly. Join our Volunteers Bank Team
As we develop our organisational capabilities, we are strengthening our Volunteers Bank, coordinated by Caroline, our Vice Chair. We are now seeking a small group of volunteers to join her in maintaining and running this important resource.
Wine tasting – new groups
Two new wine tasting groups are in the process of being established – one on the second Wednesday of each month from 4-6pm and the other on the second Thursday of the month between 7 and 9pm. Table Tennis – Tuesdays 10-12pm
Our Table Tennis group meets at the Westgate Leisure Centre every Tuesday morning from 10.00–12.00, and we’re looking for new members to join in.
It’s a friendly, informal group that welcomes all abilities — from confident players to those who haven’t picked up a bat in years. It’s a great way to keep fit, have fun, and enjoy some lively games in good company.
