Booking is ONLINE only, from this page and for Chichester u3a members only.

Online booking starts at 10 am on Wednesday, 24th September, and closes on 5th October.  Payment must be received by 8th October.

For a group booking (max 12), one person must handle the booking, supplying the menu choices and make the payment.

Please enter your details, specify the number of spaces you require, and enter their names and membership numbers for all the group (if known) in the “Comments” box at the bottom of the form. If possible please include your menu choices.

If you didn’t provide your menu choices for all the members in your group on the original booking please contact the event organiser here with the details. 

Instructions on how the make your payment can be found here chichesteru3a.org.uk/pay-u3a. Please note that the payment instructions are unique for each event and the member paying. Payment and menu choices must be received by Thursday 8^th October.

There is limited car parking space at Chichester College. To reserve a parking space send your car registration number with your menu choices.

If someone in your group is unable to attend, we will try to allocate the place to someone on the waiting list. We will only refund your payment if we have found a replacement and after the event.
