Pilates group – vacancy

There is now a vacancy in the Pilates group. The group meets on a Thursday morning (10-11am) at St Michael’s Hall, Summersdale Road. The group has only been going a short while but already the instructor has noted some real improvements in the group. Classes cost £51 for a six block session (that’s just £8.50 a session, a really competitive rate). The next block begins on 11 December. Table Tennis – Tuesdays 10-12pm

Our Table Tennis group meets at the Westgate Leisure Centre every Tuesday morning from 10.00–12.00, and we’re looking for new members to join in.
