Our 2026 Summer Tea will take place on Tuesday 9th June 2026 from 2 to 4.30 pm, with the bar open until 6 pm.
This year the event will be hosted at the Oaklands Pavilion (Rugby Club) on Wellington Road, Chichester PO19 6BB.
This event is open to all members (and only members) on a first come basis with a limit of 150 spaces. So come along and enjoy tasty food and good company at this great venue, at the same time showing support for a local business. There will be tea/coffee available afterwards, and the bar will be open to enjoy a drink on the large open balcony overlooking Oaklands Park until 6pm.
A lift is available in the Pavilion.
How to get there:
Car: Free parking is available – please input your car registration on arrival upstairs.
Public Transport: 60 bus to Midhurst and alight at Wellington Road – Pavilion is 200m along Wellington Road.

The cost is £15.00 and to reserve your place(s) please use the booking form below.
Bookings open on 16 March and close close on 11th May.

Payment
By making a booking you are committing to pay the full value of all the tickets.
If someone in your group is unable to attend, we will try to allocate the place. We will only refund your payment if we have found a replacement and after the event.
After booking please go to chichesteru3a.org.uk/pay-u3a to generate your unique bank payment details for this event. You must then pay £15 per place booked by bank transfer using these payment details (please do NOT simply copy a previous payment to Chichester U3A as this will not have the correct bank account and reference).
