Booking information
By booking you agree to pay £14.50 per person for the meal. This is non-refundable.
You can book (and pay) for up to 4 people at your table. You will need the membership number(s) for each person and their menu choice. If you wish to share your table with friends (who are booking separately), please also give their names. This information, plus your menu choices, must be inserted in the “Comment” box.
Payment
You must pay for your main course (£14.50 pp) within 48 hours of booking and no later than the Thursday before the Quiz Evening. Payment, by bank transfer, must use the details generated on our Pay_U3A webpage. This will give a personal Payment Reference together with correct Bank Account details. Without this information your payment will not be recognised and your booking may not be confirmed. If you have a problem please contact the Quiz Organiser and we’ll try to help.
