For reasons of social distancing, the College is restricting us to 10 tables of 6 people.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Booking is ONLINE only, from this page.
Online booking starts at 10am on Monday 8th November and closes at 6pm on Thursday 11th November. We have to give our final booking details to Chichester College on Monday 15th November.
For a group booking (max 6), one person must handle the booking, supplying the menu choices and payment.
Please enter your details and, if you are booking for a group, specify the number of spaces you require, and enter their names and membership numbers (if known) in the “Comments” box at the bottom of the form.
Once we have received your booking form we will email you to ask for your menu choices (for all the members in your group). Once we have received this we will email you again to ask you to pay, which will be by bank transfer to our account. You will need your membership number for this. Payments must be received by Monday 15th November.
There is limited car parking space at Chichester College. To reserve a parking space send your car registration number with your menu choices.
If someone in your group is unable to attend, we will try to allocate the place to someone on the waiting list. We will only refund your payment if we have found a replacement and after 15th December.
