Programme of Sailing Trips for Spring 2020

In December we were incredibly lucky to have John Arnott join us for our wildlife watching trip in the harbour when we saw 35 species of wintering birds and 20 seals basking on the mudbanks. Fortunately, John has agreed to come with us again on Monday, 20th January. This is on a Neap tide, which give us the opportunity of seeing the birds feeding on the mud at low tide. A wonderful sight only possible with these migratory birds in the winter. This is the second sail of the new Decade and, if you would like to join us, please let me know immediately as we have only six places.

From the 5th Feb till the 18th March, we will be based in Port Solent at the top of Portsmouth harbour which will give us the opportunity of new destinations. Access and parking is easy from the A27.

Day Sail from Chichester will take place on 17/04/2020

Location – Chichester Marina


Please note that the overnight trip to Bembridge on the 26/27th March has been re-scheduled to May and those dates will be available next month.

Costs

£75 per person April – September

Lunch may also be booked – details on request.

After three trips on ‘Sunstar’ – each member can claim a free fourth trip on ‘Sunstar’.
