This is a member update with information on how to reserve your places for Christmas Lunch.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH – Reservations opening soon!

Christmas Lunch at Restaurant 64, Chichester College
12 noon on Wednesday 15th December
£23 per person to include choice of 3 course menu, glass of wine and coffee

We will be taking bookings ONLINE only. You can book as an individual or as a group, maximum 6 per table.

If you are part of a group booking, please allocate one person to handle the booking, menu choice and payment.

We will be opening the online booking at 10.00 am on Monday 8th November and closing the booking at 6pm on Thursday 11th November. We have to give our final booking details to Chichester College on Monday 15th November.

Please enter your details and, if you are booking for several people, enter the total number for whom you are booking in the box, and enter their names and membership number (if known) in the “Comments” box at the bottom of the form.

The menu can be found here on the website. Once we have received your booking form we will email the person who booked for your group to ask for your menu choices (for all the people at your table, if you are “booking leader”). Once we have received this we will email you again to ask you to pay, which will be by bank transfer to our account. You will need your membership number for this. Payments must be received by Thursday 11th November.

There is limited car parking space at Chichester College. If you’d like to reserve a space you can give us your car registration number when we email asking for your menu choices.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL TAKE BOOKINGS, MENU CHOICES AND PAYMENT DETAILS FROM ONLY ONE PERSON FOR EACH GROUP.

OUR CHRISTMAS LUNCH IS USUALLY EXTREMELY POPULAR AND THIS YEAR CHICHESTER COLLEGE IS RESTRICTING THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES TO 60. WE WILL BE RUNNING A WAITING LIST BUT WE SUGGEST THAT YOU BOOK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FROM 10am ON MONDAY 8TH NOVEMBER

If you are unable to attend, please try to find a replacement, or ask your party “leader” to email us and we will allocate the place to someone on the waiting list. We will only refund your payment if we have found a replacement and after 15th December.
