Ongoing Treasury Operations

Please contact our Chair, Andrew Walker, for urgent matters relating to Treasury matters, payment of bills, paying in etc. whilst we are without a Treasurer – otherwise please continue to process transactions in the normal way. Bookkeeping services have been taken on to assist us in the interim period, so please ensure that any request for payment or details of payees is carefully recorded on, and attached to, normal documentation.

Chichester U3A Membership Survey

We have had a good response to this Survey, with some interesting comments which the Committee will be following up in the New Year. The Committee is very grateful to all those members who have returned the Survey but would ask those of you who have not yet completed it to do so as soon as possible and at the latest by 20th December. The Survey results are anonymous (unless you prefer to tell us your name) and the sheets can be handed in to us at the Coffee Morning on 5th December, at the Monthly Meeting on 20th December, or to your Group Leader who will forward them to the Committee. Alternatively you can post them to

SUN Study Days – what would you like to learn about

Brenda Atlee, still working hard for SUN as a committee member, would like to have members’ ideas for topics for Study Days. These are held once a month, on a Saturday. Brenda is hoping to organise some study days in the vicinity of Chichester, and is looking for suggestions. She will be at the next Coffee Morning on 5th December and would like to chat to anyone who might have any thoughts between now and then.

Volunteers Needed

MONTHLY MEETING (Third Thursday every month except August).
