Day Sailing Group
Following a highly popular Spring and Summer season sailing programme with most places on each cruise taken, we have decided to extend the day sailing schedule into the Autumn and early Winter and have some more places available on the following dates:
Thursday 20th September
Thursday 4th October
Friday 19th October
Friday *2nd November
Monday *19th November
Monday *3rd December
Tuesday *18th December
All dates with an * will have shorter days due to BST ending and approximate times 1030 till 1600 at just £65 per person to reflect the shorter day. The passage plan will be totally related to weather conditions but as many will know our winter weather is normally benign and many of us have wonderful experiences of sailing on Christmas and Boxing days! We are also planning a land-based Winter programme to places of sailing interest such as the RNLI HQ and Coast Guard HQ and a Christmas get together at Chichester Yacht Club. If you are interested please contact Andrew Walker here for further details.
Further information on all groups is shown on the Chichester U3A website. If you would like to find out more about a particular group, go from there to the webpage for that group, and use the contact form there to send a message to the group leader. If that fails, contact the groups team.

There’s a coffee morning next Wednesday, August 1st in the Minerva Grill & Bar, part of the Chichester Festival Theatre. No matter what the location, the food and drinks will inspire the conversation. At least, that’s what it says on the Coffee Morning webpage.
